Product Description

Isophorone diamine is an organic compound, IPDA for short, the molecular formula is C10H22N2. It is a colorless, slightly hygroscopic liquid with a slight smell of ammo nia. Vapor pressure is 0.002 kPa at 20ºC. Combustible. Swallowing is harmful, which can irritate or burn the skin, eyes and mucous membranes, and inhalation of vapor can cause pulmonary edema. An alicyclic diamine made by the chemical reaction of isophorone, a mixture of two isomers of 3-ammethyl-3,5, 5-trimethylcyclohexylamine.
