How to use?
A: two components solid at room temperature. Could be used with 650 polyamide or T-31. The 650 adding amount is about 20~25% of the resin total amount. The T-31 adding amount is about 10% of the resin total amount.
B: Oven curing at high temperature, it fully solidified after 1 hour at 180ºC. It could be cooperate with other amino resin to shorten the solidification time.
Notes
The diluting solvent used in this product should not contains water, pyridine sulfur-containing compounds and impurities, otherwise it will affect the resin film adhesion, dry and other properties.
The processing equipment, utensils must be clean during the production process. To prevent dust,foreign matter and water.There will be a lot of xylene and other flammable, toxic solvents evaporate during the production process, we should pay special attention to strengthening the field of ventilation, attention to fire safety, strict cut off the source of fire.
